- Have a turnover of less than $300,000 this financial year
- Have your headquarters in Queensland
- Not have owners or directors who are insolvent or an undischarged bankrupt
- Not have been approved for funding under Round 1 or 2 of the Business Basics grants program
- Have time to prepare and submit your application
