Basics Care Plans

The Basics Care Plan suits businesses that wish to “set and forget” their website or focus on purely on making content changes rather than the technical requirements of website ownership. It is designed for small service business websites (non-e-commerce websites).

Importantly, the care plan includes a restore to back up in the case of a website compromise (hack or other attack) to get you back up and running quickly. Your care plan includes ongoing licence of your theme software (for Blue Platypus websites) plus email and phone support through Blue Platypus. We will even take care of minor content changes for you.

To make your website an active part of your marketing strategy including ecommerce sites, we offer the Business Care Plan and Growth Care Plan along with optional extras such as coaching, SEO or Google Ads Management.
