How much do care plans cost?

Care plans are $99 +GST a month for Basics, $199 for Business, $499 for Growth and $1,299 for Strategic Growth. Every plan includes hosting, hourly backups, domain registration, monthly WordPress and plugin updates, and support.

What is the difference between the plans?

Basics suits a site you want to set and forget. Business is for blogs, active sites, e-commerce and catalogue websites, adding photo changes and monthly blog uploads. Growth is for business owners using their website for growth, adding a monthly video report. Strategic Growth adds digital strategy and coaching for businesses treating the website as part of a wider marketing program.

What happens if my site gets hacked?

Every care plan includes hack investigation and restore from backup, limited to two restores a year. Because we take hourly Acronis backups on our hosting, the most you should lose is an hour of changes.

Do I need a care plan if my site is on WordPress?

WordPress needs regular core, theme and plugin updates to stay secure, and sites left un-updated are the ones that get compromised. If you are comfortable doing those updates and holding your own backups you may not need a plan — but most business owners would rather not think about it.

Can I add SEO or Google Ads to a care plan?

Yes. Google Ads management from $867 +GST a month and SEO from $650 +GST a month can be added to any care plan tier.

Can I cancel anytime?

Care plans require 30 days notice before the next billing cycle. There is no lock-in contract beyond that notice period.
